Empire Pools & Hot Tubs is seeking a reliable, motivated team member to join our team in Concord. This role involves hands-on work, customer interaction, and problem-solving to help customers maintain and enjoy their pools or hot tubs.
Responsibilities
- Perform service and maintenance on pools or hot tubs
- Troubleshoot equipment and system issues
- Communicate clearly with customers on-site
- Follow safety and operational procedures
- Work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical work and lift heavy equipment
- Basic knowledge of tools and mechanical systems
